In our CEA course we were asked to make a house 250 square feet. We designed and sketched out the house in our note books and then designed it in Revit. My house featured three floors, a basement, living room/utility area, and a loft area. The basement was meant to be a kitchen/dinning room, with room to eat and hang out or watch TV. The Living Room has a couch and a TV, but the floor is more for the purpose of utility floor. The floor has a sink, washer and dryer, and a bathroom with toilet, closet, and shower. The loft floor is directly above the bathroom, and is meant just for an area to sleep. It had a bed, nightstand, and a railing.
This is a view from the front side of the house. You can see the windows I added on the ceiling and side to give the house more light and life.
Above is a view of the inside of the house. On the Right are the stair cases to accesses all three floors. On top is the loft area with the bed, and night stand. Then directly under the loft is the bathroom, and the washer and dryer rooms.
This is the overhead view directly above the ceiling. You can see the deck area by the front, and back doors.
This is a floor plan of the Kitchen/dinning room. You can see that along the wall there are the kitchen appliances, and cabinets. Then on the left there is the dinner table, and the TV.
This is a cite plan of the tiny house. You can see the trees to the right and left side of the house. Then in the middle is the floor plan to the living room floor and bathroom.
